1010321 service is offered by TelecomUSA, a division of MCI. Their rate structure changed in October 2002. Calls over 10 minutes long now do not get discounted for interstate calls or international calls. Also, people reported a while back that on February 1, 2003 the 1010321 instate rates changed for CA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MA, MO and OK. The base rate was changed and the 50% off was eliminated for longer calls. 1010321 instate rates are not listed on this site because we were not able to get updated information.
